Exchange & Returns

At Idoa, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer exchanges and store credit in accordance with the following guidelines:

Exchanges and Store Credit: We offer exchanges and store credit for online sales, but we do not provide refunds.

Notification Requirement: If you wish to exchange your item(s), please notify us by sending an email to idoa100@outlook.com before returning your item(s). We kindly ask that you initiate the exchange process by contacting us.

Return Period: You can return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your shipment to be eligible for store credit or an exchange.

Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the defect to idoa100@outlook.com. We will issue the replacement or store credit once we receive the damaged or defective item at our office and process it accordingly.

Inspection Process: Please note that all returned items will undergo careful inspection before we make a final determination regarding store credit or exchange eligibility. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item is not in new, unused condition or if we cannot verify the described damage or defect as reported by the buyer.
